ಅಮ್ನೆಸ್ಟಿ ಇಂಟರ್ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ , ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ಮೇಲೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ದ್ರೋಹ ಪ್ರಕರಣ – ಡಿ ವೈ ಎಫ್ ಐ ವಿರೋಧ

ಮಂಗಳೂರು: ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಅಂತರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಾನವಹಕ್ಕು ಸಂಘಟನೆ, ಅಮ್ನೆಸ್ಟಿ ಇಂಟರ್ ನ್ಯಾಷನಲ್ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯವೆಸಗಿದ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಘೊಷಣೆ ಕೂಗಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೆಪವಾಗಿಸಿ ABVP ನೀಡಿದ ದೂರಿನ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಅಕ್ರಮ ಕೂಟ ಸೇರುವಿಕೆ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ದ್ರೋಹದ ಆಧಾರದಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ದಾಖಲಿಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಡಿ ವೈ ಎಫ್ ಐ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸಮಿತಿ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ಖಂಡಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮುನೀರ್ ಕಾಟಿಪಳ್ಳ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಭಾಗ. ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಜನತೆಗೆ ದೇಶದ ಉಳಿದ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳಂತೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲಾದ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯವನ್ನು ಖಂಡಿಸುವ, ಪ್ರತಿಭಟಿಸುವ, ಧಿಕ್ಕಾರ ಕೂಗುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳು ಇವೆ.ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ಮಾತ್ರವೆ ಅಲ್ಲ ಈಶಾನ್ಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳ ಜನತೆಯೂ ಸೈನ್ಯ ತಮ್ಮ ಮೇಲೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿರುವ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಸ್ವಾತಂತ್ರ್ಯಾ ನಂತರ ಈ ದೇಶದ ಹಲವು ಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಹೋರಾಟ, ಗಲಭೆಗಳನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿಕ್ಕಲು ಸೈನ್ಯವನ್ನು ಬಳಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಹ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ದ , ಪೊಲೀಸರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಆರೋಪಗಳು ಕೇಳಿಬಂದಿವೆ. ಸೈನ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ದ, ಪೊಲೀಸರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಗಳು ನಡೆದಿವೆ. ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಭುಗಿಲೆದ್ದ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆಯ ಸಂದರ್ಭ ಸೈನ್ಯ ಅತಿರೇಕದಿಂದ ನಡೆದು ಕೊಂಡಿರುವುದು, ಪೆಲೆಟ್ ಗನ್ ಬಳಸಿರುವುದನ್ನು ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ನೋಡಿದೆ. ದೇಶದ ಬಹುತೇಕ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಪಕ್ಷಗಳು ಸೈನ್ಯ ನಡೆಸಿದ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣಾ ವಿಧಾನವನ್ನು ಟೀಕಿಸಿವೆ. ಈ ಹಿಂಸಾತ್ಮಕ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ, ಸೈನಿಕ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಚರಣೆಯ ಒಂದು ತಿಂಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಗಲಭೆಗ್ರಸ್ಥ ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳಿಗೆ ಮಾಧ್ಯಮಗಳ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ನಿಷೇಧಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ರಾಜಕೀಯ, ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ನಾಯಕರು, ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರನ್ನು ಕಣಿವೆ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸದಂತೆ ತಡೆಯಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಇಂತಹ ದೌರ್ಜನ್ಯಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರಾದ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರದ ಜನತೆಯ ಪರವಾಗಿ ಮಾನವ ಹಕ್ಕು ಸಂಘಟನೆಗಳು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸುವುದು, ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು ಸೈನ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೂಗುವುದು ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕವಾಗಿಯೂ , ನೈತಿಕವಾಗಿಯೂ ಯಾವ ಅಪರಾಧವೂ ಅಲ್ಲ.

ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅಮ್ನೆಸ್ಟಿ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿಗಳು ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ತಮಗಾದ ಅನ್ಯಾಯದ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಸಹಜವಾಗಿ ಆಕ್ರೋಶ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದರು. ಆದರೆ ತಮಗೆ ಆಹ್ವಾನವಿಲ್ಲದ ಸಭೆಗೆ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿದ ABVP ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರು ಸಭೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿಗಳ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪ್ರಚೋದನಾಕಾರಿ ಶಬ್ದಗಳನ್ನು ಬಳಸಿ ಸಭೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗೊಂದಲ ಮೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದಲ್ಲದೆ, ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಯುವಕರನ್ನು ಪ್ರಚೋದಿಸಲು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದರು. ಆ ನಂತರ ಸೈನ್ಯದ ವಿರುದ್ದದ ಘೋಷಣೆಯನ್ನು, ದೇಶದ್ರೋಹಿ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಕೂಗಲಾಯಿತು ಎಂದು ಗದ್ದಲವೆಬ್ಬಿಸಿದ ABVP , ಅಮ್ನೆಸ್ಟಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರ ವಿರುದ್ದ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ದೂರು ನೀಡಿರುವುದು, ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಭಯೋತ್ಪಾದಕರಂತೆ ಬಿಂಬಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ABVP ಯ ಮತೀಯ ಅಜೆಂಡಾವನ್ನು ತೆರೆದಿಟ್ಟಿದೆ. ABVP ಈ ವರ್ತನೆ ದೇಶದ ಐಕ್ಯತೆ, ಒಕ್ಕೂಟ ವ್ಯವಸ್ತೆಗೆ ಮಾರಕವಾದದ್ದು. ABVP ಇಂತಹ ಮತೀಯವಾದಿ, ಅತಿರೇಕದ ವರ್ತನೆಯನ್ನು ಡಿ ವೈ ಎಫ್ ಐ ತೀವ್ರವಾಗಿ ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಅಮ್ನೆಸ್ಟಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಕ್ರಮವಾಗಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶಿಸಿ ಗೂಂಡಾಗಿರಿ ಎಸಗಿದ ABVP ವಿರುದ್ದ ಕಠಿಣ ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಬದಲು, ABVP ದೂರಿನಂತೆ ಕಾಶ್ಮೀರಿ ಸಂತ್ರಸ್ತರು, ಸಂಘಟಕರ ವಿರುದ್ದವೇ ಅಕ್ರಮ ಕೂಟ, ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರದ್ರೋಹ ಸೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಗಳ ಅಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮೊಕದ್ದಮೆ ಹೂಡಿರುವುದು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರಕಾರದ ಬದ್ದತೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರಶ್ನಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡಿದೆ. ಸರಕಾರ ತಕ್ಷಣವೇ ಈ ಪ್ರಕರಣವನ್ನು ಕೈ ಬಿಡಬೇಕು, ಗೂಂಡಾಗಿರಿ ನಡೆಸಿದ ABVP ಕಾರ್ಯಕರ್ತರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಗ್ರಹಿಸಿರುವ ಡಿ ವೈ ಎಫ್ ಐ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷ ಮುನೀರ್ ಕಾಟಿಪಳ್ಳ, ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜ್ಯಾದ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರತಿಭಟನೆ ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಾಗಿ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

  2. As per this genius (Muneer Katipalla), if you support Indian army, it is a clear case of ‘goonda giri’. On the other hand, if you shout anti-indian, anti-indian army slogans, you are secular and a champion of human rights!! See, how far these ‘trojan horse’ members are pushing the boundary to peddle their true agenda. I recently posted a video on this forum to show how Kashmir people overwhelmingly support Pakistan. The display of Pakistani flags during those protests is not an accident. In fact, they would do the same in New Delhi and Bengaluru if we continue to believe in their deception and ‘taqiyya’.

    I fully understand why Kashmiri-muslims do what they do. The bigger question is – why do minorities living outside Kashmir are either silent or openly supporting this anti-national behavior. Where is their loyalty? More importantly, where is our media? Have they lost all sense of decency and courage to confront these elements and give us the full picture? This is really pathetic!!!
