10 killed in Kabul explosion

Kabul, May 25 (IANS) At least 10 people were killed and four others injured on Wednesday after a suicide bomber struck a bus carrying a local court employees in Afghanistan’s capital Kabul.

“The attack occurred at 8.30 a.m. in Bagh-e-Dawood locality in the western outskirts of Kabul,” a police official told Xinhua news agency.

Thebus was travelling to neighbouring Wardak province.

Najib Danish, a spokesperson of the interior ministry, confirmed the casualties.
