Seven bodies found, 64 still missing in Indonesia boat capsize

Jakarta, Dec 23 (IANS) With seven more bodies found in last weekend’s Indonesia boat capsize, the toll in the tragedy on Wednesday rose to 14 while 64 others remained missing four days after a boat carrying 118 people capsized in the sea off southern Indonesia.

Forty passengers were rescued, Xinhua reported quoting Zainul Tjahar, spokesman of the national search and rescue office.

KM Marina Baru 02B, heading to the Siwa seaport of South Sulawesi from Kolaka in the southeast, was reported missing at 15.10 p.m. (local time) on Saturday, according to the spokesman.
