Teacher Blackmailing Woman with Nude Pics Arrested
Mangaluru: Teachers are the ones who are expected to mould the personalities and future of their students. If this profession falters, the future of the students could be bleak.
Of course, this is a one-off case. Narasimhamurty (35) is a teacher from Mysuru who is teaching at Netaji Subhaschandra Bose Primary School in Deralakatte for the last few months.
While appearing for an examination in Morarji Desai school in Mysuru, he got acquainted with a female teacher from Mandya in 2014. She is also serving in DK district after joining recently.
He promised to marry her and tricked her into coming to his accommodation near Sadguru lodge in Deralakatte on June 2.
He forcibly stripped her and clicked her photographs. Then he is said to have threatened to upload the semi-nude pictures in the social media and the Internet.
In order to save her honour, she signed some blank cheques and documents under threat. Thereafter he declined to marry her and tried to silence her by repeated threats of posting her pictures in public domain.
The female teacher has complained to the police, who have arrested Narasimhamurty. He has been slapped with sexual abuse and a threat to life charges.
