Minister of State for Home Affairs Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary told the Rajya Sabha that based on information provided by Madhya Pradesh, “a total number of 34 people connected to the Vyapam issue have died between 2007 and 2015”.

“Out of these, 11 died due to accidents, 15 due to health problems, 5 committed suicide, 2 drowned and the cause of death of one could not be ascertained,” he said.
