AAP upset with Tomar, may expel him over fake degree charges

New Delhi, (PTI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party members are upset with AAP leader and former Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar over the fake degree row in which he is caught and are mulling expelling him from the party.

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal is disappointed with Tomar as he had convinced him about the authenticity of his degree by showing a fake RTI report, as per media reports.

Jitender Singh Tomar was taken into custody by the Delhi Police on Tuesday after an FIR was filed against him for allegedly possessing fake degrees.

After arresting Tomar from his house, the Delhi Police took him to Faizabad district in Uttar Pradesh.

On Wednesday, Tomar was taken to K S Saket PG College in the Faizabad district, where he claims to have studied, and was asked to show the classrooms and labs.

But, the former Delhi Law Minister failed to recognize the classrooms and labs. Even the lectures at the college and Tomar’s alleged batchmates failed to recognize him.

Jitender Singh Tomar has been charged with IPC section 467 for forgery, section 468 for forgery with purpose of cheating and section 120 (B) for criminal conspiracy.

  1. This press release to PTI has no author.

It does not take much effort to imagine who is behind this divide and conquer business!

The tricks that the globetrotter and his other half manipulator get into are mind-boggling.

But we will see how such tactics are backfiring, starting with good old Bihar.

  2. A clear win for BJP!!
    BJP – 1, AAP – 0

When the news broke out, AAP attacked Rajanath Singh and BJP trying to defend this guy. Now this has backfired and Aravinda and his team need to do some serious damage control.

Manga(L) continues with his day dreaming!! What author is he referring to ? Is he trying to imply that this is all one big conspiracy and Mr.Thomar is an innocent ? Delusion seems to have no limit in this guy’s case!

    • When the news broke out, AAP attacked Rajanathappa Singha and BJP trying to defend this guy. – Rampu

Whatever they did, it is their problem ya Rampu and they will handle it.

Now, why not go after Smriti Irani for her false affidavits? Or, is she MORE equal than others?

      • Is she more equal?
yes, because she wears big bindi and long sindur to please her RSS bosses.
But this is only to show off that she is a devote hindu, but in reality she has married a parsi(Irani).RSS has no problem with that.

        • Dear Vincenta,
You don’t sound very intelligent with your reference to bindi and sindur. However, I can understand your hatred towards some of these native traditions as taught by your masters. But remember – this is not about RSS supporting her or not. If she has produced fake certificates, opposition has every right to challenge as BJP did in the case of AAP leaders. How come your leaders in Kaangress are not doing their job? Is it because they have more skeletons of their own to hide ? smiles…

      • “Whatever they did, it is their problem ya” – says Joker Praveena Pinto.
Okay – why are you repeating the obvious? I had already made the same point – It is their problem and now it is time for damage control!! LOL And…..where am I supporting Smriti Irani ? If she did produce fake qualifications, she is also a fair target. See, I am against all bad behavior unlike you and other political illiterates who cherry-pick things based on your religious and political affiliation!!

  3. There is an important piece of information left out in almost all the reports for reasons only an intelligent person will know!! This ‘Law Minister’ Mr.Tomar, caught for forging his own degree certificates, was part of Congress party before switching over to Aravinda’s AAP. Now imagine he was part of Sangh Parivaara in the past, do you think media would have ignored it? yea, right!! smiles…
