ABBA reunite at Björn Ulvaeus’s restaurant launch

Stockholm, Jan 21 (IANS) For the first time in eight years, members of the legendary Swedish pop group Abba reunited at the launch of former bandmate Björn Ulvaeus’s new restaurant.

Ulvaeus, 70, was joined by other members Benny Andersson, 69, Agnetha Fältskog, 65, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad, 70, on Wednesday to celebrate the opening of his new eatery “Mama Mia! The party” in Stockholm.

But while the three gathered to support Ulvaeus as he debuted his Grecian-style restaurant inspired by the film and stage musical “Mamma Mia!”, they denied any speculation that they would ever grace the stage together again, USA Today reports.

“I don’t think so,” Andersson said.
