Bantwal: Man from Siddakatte Accused in Theft Case Dies in Goa Road Mishap

Bantwal: Roshan Moras (28), fifth of the six children of Victor Moras, was employed in Goa for three years.

In 2012, when he had come on holidays, he reportedly got involved in the case of theft of a car stereo belonging to Gerald Lobo. Roshan and two others were facing the charges.

Roshan is said to have been absconding but in last January the Bantwal rural police tracked him down in Madgaon in Goa and produced him in court. Since then, he was out on bail and gone back to Goa.

He appeared in a court here as recently as a week ago and gone back to Goa. However, fate had different plans. He is said to have been killed in a motor mishap earlier this week.
