Bantwal: U T Khader Fans’ Club to Hold Blood Donation Camp on Oct 11

Bantwal: The U T Khader Fans’ Club, in association with Wenlock district hospital and Dr M V Shetty Trust, will hold a blood donation camp in Lions Seva Mandir at B C Road on Sunday, Oct 11. A few achievers will also be honoured on the occasion.

This was announced at a media meet held in the Press Club here on Tuesday, Oct 6.

The programme will be presided over by district minister-in-charge B Ramanath Rai. Minister of health and family welfare U T Khader will be honoured by senior writer Haji G Abdul Khader Goltamajalu.

Bantwal tahsildar Purandar Hegde, DK district Waqf Board vice president S Abubaqer, circle police inspector K U Belliappa, Dr Sharat of Wenlock hospital blood bank, Dr Haseena H K of the KuVemPu university, Shivamogga and M Abdul Aziz, founder Meri Jaan organization in Ballari will be the chief guests on the occasion.

Autorickshaw drivers B Hussein Sundarabettu, Sundara Poojary Jakribettu, tahsildar’s driver Valerian D’Souza, ambulance driver Sunil Ivan Menezes of Vogga, who have a long record of honesty and dedication, besides differently abled achievers Prashant Chowkadapalu and Faizal Sajipanadu will also be honoured.

Fans’ Club president Ashiq Kukkaje and members Abdul Jaleel Montugoli, Abdul Nisar Malar and Riaz Gadigadde were present at the media meet.
