Bengaluru: Justice Santosh Hegde among Five Chosen to Receive ‘Chunchashri’ Award

Bengaluru: Former Lokayukta of Karnataka Justice Nitte Santosh Hegde is among the five achievers chosen to receive the Chunchashri award instituted by Shri Adi Chunchanagiri Math in Nagamangala taluk of Mandya district.

The other four are Gyan Pith award-winner Dr Chandrashekhar Kambara, cardiologist Dr C S Manjunath, former MP G Madegowda and social worker V K Ganapati.

The awards will be presented on the occasion of the 37th Shri Kalabhairaveshwara Swami folk festival to be held in the Annapurneshwari auditorium between Sep 23 and 25. The award ceremony will be held on Sep 24 at 10-30 am.
