Bhaskar Shetty murder case: CID ADGP Prathap Reddy visits City
Udupi: A team of the Criminal Investigation Department, led by Additional Director General of Police C H Pratap Reddy, on Tuesday, August 23 visited the city to gather information on the Hotelier Bhaskar Shetty murder case.
Pratap Reddy visited Nandalike, Manipal, Katapadi and interacted with family members of Bhaskar Shetty. The earlier Investigating Officer of the district police in the case, D P Suman has already handed over all documents related to the case to Rajappa.
According to sources Pratap Reddy conducted spot inspection and collected information from family members of Bhaskar Shetty.
In recent developments, the state government has transferred D C Rajappa Superintendent of Police CID who was heading the investigating team as SP, Railways on Monday.

Still cops are clueless. More they delay, less chances of solving the murder mystery. It is more than 2 months , still Police have not chargesheeted the alleged criminals due to lack of evidence. It looks like both mother and son could be eligible for a bail sooner or later.
