BSK holds Kite Festival 2019 in Kuwait

Kuwait: It was a fantastic morning on Friday 5th April 2019 when the Kite Festival was celebrated with eagerness and enthusiasm by all BSK kids and families at the Marina Beach, Salmiya, Kuwait. The program started with a prayer rendered by Kumari Navya and launching of the iconic BSK kite by President Krishna Poojary.

The shades of the kites were very attractive with the kids’ favorite cartoon characters. Kids enjoyed flying kites and parents recalled their childhood memories and played along with them. The gathered public in the beach was busy clicking photographs of the sky filled with colorful kites.

Face painting was another special attraction for the kids. Multi-talented, Sports Secretary, Amarnath Suvarna did the magic on the kids face. The programme was well hosted by Ashwita Surendra. Refreshment snacks and Juice was served during the event.

This was another successful event organized by the Billava Sangha Kuwait for the families and kids residing in Kuwait.
