Addressing the gathering MLA J R Lobo said that people from in and around Mangaluru buy Hebbar’s apartments without any second thought because of the quality he provides to his customers. Srinath himself is a brand image for all his buildings, because of the quality and determination in handing over the projects in time to his customers. Along with the builder, the credit also goes to the architect who has designed Atlantis, the architect and the builder are the two faces of the same coin. In India, Mangaluru is in top place because of the banking sectors, medical institutions, hospitals, educational institutions etc but still we are lacking in investment. We need to attract people to invest in Mangaluru. Our youth after their education go to other countries or states in search of jobs. We need to think seriously and attract investors to Mangaluru or else in the coming days our Mangaluru will become old age homes. He congratulated Srinath Hebbar for yet another feather in the Land Trades cap.
