Daniel beats Dominic in Sydney Open quarters
Sydney, Jan 13 (IANS) British tennis player Daniel Evans defeated Dominic Thiem of Austria in the quarterfinals of the Sydney Open here.
Evans outplayed the Austrian 3-6, 6-4, 6-1 on Thursday, reports Efe.
The 26-year-old will now play in the semi-final against Russia’s Andrey Kuznetsov, who defeated Spanish Pablo Carreno 2-6, 6-4, 6-1.
