Dunga calls up Oliveira for World Cup qualifiers

Rio de Janeiro, Sep 25 (IANS) Brazil coach Dunga has called up Ricardo Oliveira for World Cup qualifiers next month against Chile and Venezuela, a media report said on Friday.

Oliveira, 35, who scored 17 goals for Santos to top the Brazilian top league, replaced Roberto Firmino of Liverpool who is suffering a back injury, Xinhua reported.

Brazil takes on Chile on October 8 and plays home against Venezuela on October 13.
