Elderly Couple Commit Suicide at Kotekar
Mangaluru: Elderly couple committed suicide by hanging themselves at their residence at Beeri, Kotekar here on February 19.
The deceased have been identified as Devraj Ganiga (74) and his wife Vasanthi Ganiga (64) from Beeri.
According to sources, both the couple had no children and were suffering from illness. On February 19 morning they left a death note and committed suicide by hanging.
The Ullal police reached the spot, lowered the bodies and have sent them for post-mortem. Further investigations are on.
