Engineer found dead in Bihar

Patna, Dec 29 (IANS) An engineer working with Reliance Telecom was found murdered in Bihar’s Vaishali district, police said on Tuesday.

The body of Ankit Jha was found on Monday with his throat slit, police said.

“We have began a probe into the case to know cause of his murder,” said a police official.

On December 26, two engineers, working with a private road construction company, were shot dead in Darbhanga district, allegedly over extortion demand.

Police said that six suspects have been arrested in connection with the killing of two engineers.
