Engineering Student Goes Missing, Leaves Message Not to Look for Him

Mangaluru: Kaushik Bhat (22), a resident of Ballal Bagh in the city and a third-year student of an Engineering college, has reportedly gone missing since Apr 19.

He had left home around noon that day and has not returned ever since. The only communication from him was a WhatsApp message to his mother saying that the parents had spent a lot on his education and asking them not to look for him. This has caused more worry and intrigue for the family.

At the time of leaving, he wore black-coloured trousers and a green T-shirt. He is 6′ tall, has a fair complexion and slim bodyline. He speaks Kannada, Tulu, English, Konkani, and Hindi.

A complaint has been filed by Ganesh Prasad Bhat at the Barke police station. Anyone knowing his whereabouts may contact the Barke police.
