  1. Criminals are people who are not social and do not respect human beings, community, faith, religion, and the law.

It’s only after they commit a crime be it selling drugs, kidnapping, robbery, rape, and murder, that they are either caught or wanted. The criminals who are caught are tried for days and months and years together before being convicted and being jailed, and in some case given a death sentence that again takes years to be executed.

So what is ailing the Indian judicial system even though people in authority for law and order carry out their jobs in investigation, detection, and ultimate arrest. Criminals become famous and many a times even go abroad and become famous to carry out criminal activities in India.

Unless criminals are eliminated within a week from their arrest, crime cannot be contained or kept in check.
