Former Chief Minister Dharam Singh (80) Passes Away

Mangaluru: The former chief minister of Karnataka Dharam Singh died after a cardiac arrest on July 27 at a private Hospital in Bengaluru. Dharam Singh was 80-years-old.

Sources said that recently Dharam Singh was suffering from fever and breathing problems and was admitted to the Vikram Hospital. He later recovered and was discharged from the hospital.

All of a sudden, again his health deteriorated and he was admitted to M S Ramaiah Hospital in Bengaluru. On July 27 Dharam Singh died of cardiac arrest.

Dharam Singh was born on December 25, 1936 and had served as the Chief Minister of Karnataka from 2004 to 2006.
