Four policemen shot dead in Egypt

Cairo, Nov 28 (IANS) Four policemen were shot dead on Saturday by unidentified assailants in Egypt’s Giza province.

The masked assailants on a motorcycle opened fire at a checkpoint in Nomrous district in the southern antiquities area of the pyramids, Xinhua news agency quoted state-run MENA news as saying.

No further details were provided.
