Four wanted in various cases, reward offered for information

Mangaluru: The Pandeshwar police have prepared a list of four accused who are wanted in various cases in the South police station.

The wanted persons are Vijay alias Monkey stand Vijay (30) and Sampath Bangera (20) from Mission Compound – Monkey stand, Melrick (19) from Gorigudda, and Praveen alias Chotu (23) from Ashok Nagar Kodikal.

The above accused are involved in various crimes. 2 cases 76/2016 have been registered under Sections 402 (assembling for purpose of committing dacoity), 399 (making preparation to commit dacoity) of IPC. 4 cases were registered under Section 25(1)(b) of the Arms Act. Another case 78/2016 was registered under Sections 143 (punishment), 147 (punishment for rioting), 148 (rioting, armed with deadly weapon), 149 (offence committed by any member of an unlawful assembly), 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means), 326 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means), 341 (punishment for wrongful restraint), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) and 507 (criminal intimidation by an anonymous communication) of IPC in the Mangaluru South police station.

Members of public are hereby requested to give information on the above named accused persons. Those giving information will be rewarded with cash and their identities will be kept secret.
