France attack: B-town expresses shock, sends out prayers

Mumbai, July 15 (IANS) Bollywood celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Madhur Bhandarkar and Preity Zinta on Friday took to twitter to express shock and condemn the terror attack in Nice, France.

Akshay Kumar: Sad to wake up to the news of the Nice Attack! Heart breaking! I was there last year, beautiful place and people. Prayers for the families of the victims.

Madhur Bhandarkar: Sad to know about the Nice Attack. My prayers and heartfelt condolences to the victims and families of the terrible tragedy. Pray For Nice. RIP

Preity zinta: Omg ! Praying for everyone involved in the Nice Attack.

At least 80 people were killed on Thursday night when a large truck mowed through a crowd celebrating Bastille Day in Nice. French President Francois Hollande said the truck attack was of a “terrorist character”.
