  1. Whenever we think and talk about our neighbor Pakistan we must always preserve an attitude of empathy because Pakistan has gone thru and still going thru so many internal turmoils that no words can describe. When we think of India’s Independence for the past 70 years and the type of leadership that we were blessed added with the benefit of Democracy, we are indeed a fortunate and God blessed nation that has made use of all the good fortunes we have been bestowed with. Our Economic outlook, our social outlook and most importantly our secular outlook is an extraordinary gift that not many developed and developing nations can fathom. This is a special gift that has been left behind by noble leaders such as Mahatma Gandhi, Pundit Jawaharlal Nehru, Acharya Vinobha Bhave, Blessed Mother Theresa and even President Radhakrishnan and President Abul Kalam has left behind. This unique gift of dynamic leadership that India was the beneficiary for the past seventy years. May God bless all of us, including our good neighbors so that peace may continue to prevail, and all of us continue to work together for a lasting peace and harmony.
