  1. It is with great sadness that we learned of Casmir’s passing. Please accept our heartfelt condolences and we hope that in a small way they help through these trying times. He was a active member of PUCL , and gave lot of his ideas in getting justice to many civic issues. May his Rest In Peace

  2. As a member of PUCL, when he was healthy Casmir D’souza had been very much in touch with me in contributing few articles pertaining to public grievances- but later when his health worsened he stopped sending reports. But twice I had met him and discussed various civic issues, and his ideas were worth implementing.
My message to the bereaved family of C D’souza- At this hour of sudden death of loved one i want to share my heartfelt CONDOLENCES with you. Let his soul rest in PEACE in the feet of ALMIGHTY. Have courage to face the situations and we are all with you in sharing your irreparable loss, which no words can fill in. We all pray God to give You the strength. When we loose such a special person in our life, time seems to stop. However, it is important that we start to live again with a smile on your face, so that we can make his soul happy, as he is still looking at us even if we can’t. May His Soul RIP!
