Intimation on Eid-ul-Fitr Moon-sighting Sought
Mangaluru: In view of the heralding of the first day of the month of Shawwal marking Eid-ul-Fitr, the new moon is likely to be sighted either on July 4 or 5 evening.
Anyone having sighted it is requested to call any of the following numbers, says S M Rasheed Haji, treasurer of the Zeenat Baksh central mosque and Idgah mosque.
