Jamwa’s Gammatt brings NRI Families Together at Petrokemya Beach Camp

KSA: Jokatte Area Muslim Welfare Association (JAMWA) an NRI based Jokatteans Committee organized a Family Gathering “GAMMATT-2016” at PetroKemya Beach Camp, Jubail in a unique style. This event was mainly organized to promote a noble cause “Lets Join Together for Community Welfare” for socio-economic and educational development of the deprived communities of Jokatte and its surroundings.

Delivering the presidential speech, JAMWA Saudi Arabia Honorary President and Gulf-based philanthropist Jokatte Zakaria Al Muzain conveyed the message to the gathering and spoke about the objectives of this event and how challenges were faced for the betterment of the community.

He also said that “Our noble mission is to serve towards education, empowerment, economic development and for the betterment of the entire downtrodden community of Jokatte and the surroundings and bring about an Educational Revolution among the entire Community of Jokatte.

Zakaria Muzain was also among the three Jokatte philanthropists, who were exclusively facilitated by JAMWA for their tremendous service to the community, the other two were B M Sheriff Jokatte White Stone Jubail and Abdul Basheer Beary Riyadh was popularly known as NCMS Basheer.

Rafeeq Soorinje, President DKSC Jubail, Abdul Hameed Bajpe, President of BAMA Dammam, Waseem Ali Rabbani, President Indian Social Forum Central Committee Eastern Region all of whom have commended the efforts of the organization. A M Arif Vice President, JAMWA Dammam – Jubail, briefed on the objectives of the organization. The programme began with an invocation by Mohammed Ismail Ahmed Master. He also emphasized the need of community service and developing the attitude of selflessness, inviting people to adhere to the teaching of Quran and Sunnath keeping the life of Sahaba as an example. Sharief Arikere delivered the vote of thanks.

GAMMATT event was the second event conducted in a sensational style by JAMWA team, it was a one-night event of celebrations with thousands of Coastal expatriates at the PetroKemya beach Camp Jubail. Quiz Contest and Cultural Event were inaugurated by Auctioning a tender coconut which impressed the audience. Cultural Programmes were held in which Islamic melodious songs and “DUFF” the traditional Islamic event by Karnataka Cultural Foundation Dammam drawed the attention of the audience and also the splendid cultural show, Social awareness Demonstration by Indian Social Forum Dammam invited the audience to focus their attention, during the event.

Various games were conducted for men, women and children. More than 1700 people gathered for the family get-together. Children, men and women actively participated in all the games. Prizes were distributed to the winners. A free medical check-up by Jubail Medicare helped the people to check their BP and blood sugar.
