Kannada Sangha Bahrain holds Satyanarayan Puja

Bahrain: The newly elected committee of Kannada Sangha kick started their activities by organizing Satyanarayan Puja at the THMC Auditorium, Krishna Temple, Manama on April 8, on the auspicious occasion of the New Year as per Hindu calendar.


The Puja ceremony was conducted by Phanindra Kumar very religiously with much devotion and was attended by more than 1000 people. The devotees participated in the rituals of the religious ceremony and considered themselves blessed to be a part of this grand ceremony.

The beautiful floral decoration of the altar of Lord Satyanarayan by using more than 1000 roses, captured each and everyone’s attention. “Bhajan”, devotional songs with music and “Harivana prasadam” seva were the other attractions.

The Puja concluded with the distribution of “prasadam” to the devotees.
