Khloe wanted to ‘punch’ Scott Disick

Los Angeles, June 3 (IANS) Reality TV personality Khloe Kardashian says she wanted to “punch” her sister Kourtney Kardashian’s former partner Scott Disick because of his “depressed, negative energy”.

Khloe also said that Disick is “the most negative, depressed victim,” reports femalefirst.co.uk.

“He is the most negative, depressed victim. He acts like he tries so hard to actually play it straight for even a month, but then he comes and plays this victim,” Khloe said in a clip from an upcoming episode of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians”.

“How are you trying? I was like, ‘Scott I want to punch you in your f***ing jugular because of your depressed, negative energy’,” she added.

My wedding was magical: Eva Longoria

Los Angeles, June 3 (IANS) Actress Eva Longoria says her wedding to José ‘Pepe’ Bastón was “magical” and the “funnest wedding” she has been to.

The “Desperate Housewives” star got married to Bastón late last month and can’t believe how well the day and her subsequent honeymoon went, reports eonline.com.

“(Our wedding) was so magical. We had so much fun as you can see from all the posts from everybody. It was the funniest wedding I had ever been to. I’m glad it was mine,” Longoria said.

The 41-year-old actress hasn’t ruled out the possibility of having children soon but says she is content with her “three beautiful step-kids” at the moment.

When asked about having children, she added: “Who knows! One thing at a time. I have three beautiful step-kids who are just amazing. They were part of the wedding so it was just special”.

Amber Heard ‘still loves’ Johnny Depp

Los Angeles, June 3 (IANS) Actress Amber Heard will reportedly not file a police report against estranged husband Johnny Depp because she “still loves” him.

The “Magic Mike XXL” star’s lawyers announced earlier this week she would officially make a complaint about the alleged abuse she suffered at the hands of Depp, but sources claim she has now had a change of heart, reports tmz.com.

Sources said the 30-year-old actress “still loves” the “Pirates of the Caribbean” star and “doesn’t want to bury him” with the allegations. If the sources are anything to go by, she wants to refrain from making a police report as she feels it would trigger an arrest and subsequent prosecution.

However, sources close to the 52-year-old Depp have dismissed Amber’s apparent sympathy, insisting she deliberately timed her allegations to co-incide with the release of his new movie “Alice Through the Looking Glass”, which has tanked at the box office, taking just $65 million internationally on its opening weekend, a figure even lower than was projected just for US sales.

Fatherhood has made Simon Cowell a softer judge

Los Angeles, June 3 (IANS) Music mogul Simon Cowell feels that parenthood has made him more compassionate when it comes to being a talent show judge.

The 56-year-old was known for his tough stance as a judge on “The X Factor” and “American Idol”, but since his two-year-old son Eric — who he has with girlfriend Lauren Silverman — was born, Cowell says he goes easier on contestants because he feels “different” now.

“Lauren is great. And there’s no question when you actually have a kid, it does make you feel different because you understand how you would feel if it was your son up there,” Cowell told people.com.

“I’m very conscious that the kids who audition for AGT (‘America’s Got Talent’) want to be there, they are not being pushed into it, and that they are having a great day out, otherwise we wouldn’t see them,” he added.

Cowell believes being on “America’s Got Talent”, which also features Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel on the panel, shows the public he is more than just being a “bad-tempered” judge.

“I think ‘X Factor’ and ‘Idol’ were edited so that I was always seen as this bad-tempered, miserable whatever — which of course I am at times, but I’m not like that the whole day,” he said.

“But on AGT there are so many feel-good moments that they show those more than me ripping people to pieces because they are rubbish,” he added.

Michael Bay ‘truly respects’ Kate Beckinsale

Los Angeles, June 3 (IANS) Filmmaker Michael Bay says he “truly respects” actress Kate Beckinsale.

Bay has come under fire after Beckinsale recently revealed he advised her to lose weight to star as Nurse Lt. Evelyn Johnson in his 2001 drama “Pearl Harbor”, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

But he has now spoken out to defend himself, saying Beckinsale’s “funny story” has been taken out of context and he never had a problem with her body.

He wrote on his website: “Kate and I are friendly. She is a fantastic actress, very funny, witty lady, sassy, speaks her mind, and I truly respect her. That’s why she has come to so many of my Christmas parties and Birthday parties.

“This so called ‘problem of us not liking each other’ was reported by a tabloid-esque reporter after Kate appeared on an edgy English talk show, speaking about our meeting 16 years ago while casting ‘Pearl Harbor’,” he continued.

Bay said that her statement was made into a “scandalous confrontation, when it was nothing of the sort”.

“Spoke to Kate today and she felt she told a funny story. So I guess I was the ‘bad guy’ 16-years-ago for suggesting a trainer because she just had her new beautiful baby girl — and she was about to enter into an intensive action movie. Note to reporters: 95 per cent of leads in movies have trainers and drink green juice!”
