Kodagu SP Rajendra Prasad miraculously escapes in serial accident

Kundapur: Rajendra Prasad superintendent of Kodagu district escaped with minor injuries when the car, in which he was travelling collided with a private bus on Monday, January 9 on NH 66 Rajadi Bridge near Tallur.

According to the Kundapur Traffic Police, SP Rajendra Prasad way on his way to Murdeshwar. A tempo tracks hit a private bus. The SP’s vehicle driver unable to control the vehicle hit the Bus from behind when it suddenly stopped in front of him.

The serial accident resulted in a traffic jam for more than 40 minutes. The Kundapur Traffic police rushed to the spot and cleared the vehicles involved in the accident.

SP Rajendra Prasad was rushed the hospital and treated as outpatient.

Rajendra Prasad had earlier served as Superintendent of Police in Udupi district.

A case has been registered in Kundapur traffic police station.
