Kundapur: Goods Tempo-bike Collision kills Pillion on spot in Hemmady 

Kundapur: A person riding pillion died on the spot while the bike rider sustained severe injuries in a bike-Goods Tempo collision near the railway bridge at Kattbeltur near Hemmady here on Monday August 3.
The deceased has been identified as Surendra Ganiga (32) S/o Annappa Ganiga, a resident of Katte, Hemmady. He was working in Kollur Temple. The seriously injured person has been identified Sampath Poojary.
According to the police sources Surendra and Sampath were on their way to Kollur when a Goods tempo collided head on into their pulsar bike, Surendra died on the spot. Injured Sampath was rushed to the hospital.
Kundapur Traffic Police have registered the case.
