Kundapur: Three of Dharmasthala-bound Family from Mysuru Critically Injured in Mishap

Kundapur: A car collided with a sand-laden lorry at a turn near the Edamavinahole bridge at Nagoor near Byndoor on Monday.

The car belonged to a family from Mysuru. They were on their way to Dharmasthala after a pilgrimage visit to Murudeshwar in Uttar Kannada.

Three passengers, including two children, were critically injured in the mishap. The traffic on the highway was affected for sometime. Byndoor sub inspector Santosh Kaikini and his team rushed to the spot and helped to clear the block.

The injured have been admitted to a private hospital.
