Kundapur: Wild Bee Attack – Film-maker Nagathihalli Recovers, Discharged from Hospital

Kundapur: Award-winning Kannada film-maker Nagathihalli Chandrashekhar and his crew were shooting for his new film ‘IshTakaamya’ at picturesque locales in Shivamogga district during last week.

While shooting on a hanging bridge in Barpe of Nittur in Hosanagara taluk, he and others were attacked by a swarm of wild bees. Chandrashekhar sustained severe injuries, while the costume designer and the driver too were moderately injured.

He was admitted to Chinmayi hospital here. Having recovered from the effects, he was discharged on Thursday. The other two also have come out of the hospital.
