Land Trades to launch Milestone 25 on July 14
Mangaluru: Land Trades Builders and Developers is all set to launch ‘Milestone 25’, an ultra modern commercial complex situated at Collector’s Gate Junction this week. The Bhoomi Pooja and Ground Breaking Ceremony will be held on Thursday, July 14.

It is situated right opposite ‘Parin’, another successful commercial project by Land trades which was completed and inaugurated last year.
‘Milestone 25’ comprises of ground floor plus four floors of hot commercial space. Three levels have been reserved in the basement for spacious car parking. There are two automatic lifts, and standby heavy duty power generators too.
The construction work will be taken up at a rapid pace and the project is expected to be delivered in 18 months. As the project is slated for completion in the Silver Jubilee year of Land Trades, its name ‘Milestone 25’ signifies an important peak moment in the firm’s successful journey of two and a half decades.
