Mangaluru: CPI(M) Threatens of Protest outside Corporator’s Home over Bad State of Road

Mangaluru: The workers of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) and other citizens held a protest in front of the UNESCO club at Neeti Nagar in no. 35 Padavu central ward earlier this week.

City south committee secretary Sunil Bajal complained that the state of the Cordel-Neeti Nagar cross road and the inner road had remained dilapidated for many years. Political leaders merely kept giving promises and had promptly forgotten to fulfil them.

He warned that if the road was not restored to their required state, the party would lead a protest with other locals in front of the corporator’s house.
