Mangaluru: Failure to Deliver Goods – Cases Filed against Gold-shop Partners

Mangaluru: Kasaragod resident Ahmed Kunhi has filed a case against two partners of a gold outlet located on Kankanady bypass for failing to deliver the gold ornaments ordered and paid for in advance by him.

In a complaint to the Kadri police station, Kunhi has stated that Euro Gold partners Rafiq Rehman and Mohammed Shafiq had, by virtue of an agreement, promised to get ornaments custom-made according to his requirements and obtained Rs 14.50 lakh in advance.

Neither have they give him the ornaments as promised nor have they refunded his money, further says the complaint.
