Mangaluru: Fr Pius Inaugurates Mother Mary Grotto at Ranipura Church

Mangaluru: Mother Mary Grotto, was inaugurated at Ranipura Church premises recently.

The newly built Mother Mary Grotto was inaugurated by Fr Pius James D’Souza, Episcopal Vicar and blessed by Fr Santhosh D’Souza, parish priest Ranipura church.

Mother Mary grotto was sponsored and built under the supervision of Ranipuracho Ekvot Dubai (RED) an unit of Ranipura Parish, which is rendering selfless service from Dubai to their parish.

Anitha D’Souza member of Ranipuracho Ekvot Dubai welcomed the gathering. N Vijay Lobo President of Ranipuracho Ekvot Dubai delivered the vote of thanks. Jeevan Ferrao compered the programme.

On this Occasion, N Vijay Lobo and Treasurer Sunil D’Souza handed over a cheque of Rs 1,50,000 for the church house construction project.

Sr Vinita Superior of Ranipura Convent, Felix Monteiro Vice President of Ranipura parish, Winnifred D’Souza Secretary of Ranipura parish, N Vijay Lobo President of Ranipuracho Ekvot Dubai, Sunil D’Souza Treasurer of Ranipuracho Ekvot Dubai were present on the occasion. More than 900 parishioners attended the programme.
