Mangaluru: Gambling Den on Kadri Hill Raided – 9 Held, Cash, Mobiles, Vehicles Seized

Mangaluru: A makeshift shed on Kadri hill was being used by a few persons for gambling and it was raided by the Kadri police led by inspector T D Nagaraj on Friday evening.

They arrested Pramod Ballalbagh aka ‘Pammi’ who is said to be the main accused, Suresh Raichur, Sooraj Shaktinagar, Basavaraju Vijayapura, Steven Shaktinagar, Sandeep Kulshekar, Khadri Bantwal, Rajesh Mannagudda and Chidananda Tokur.

Among them, Rajesh Mannagudda tried to escape but fell down in the process, resulting in a fracture in his leg. Three two-wheelers, six mobile handsets and Rs 11,000 in cash have been seized in the operation.
