Mangaluru: Goa CM Parsekar and Family Visit Satyadevata Temple in Gurupur

Mangaluru: Goa chief minister Laxmikant Yashwant Parsekar, accompanied by family, paid a private visit to Shri Satyadevata Dharmadevata temple in Gurupur on Sunday.

After obtaining a darshan of the deity, he took part in the ‘darshan’ interaction and received prasad from chief archak Ashok Bhat.

Many prominent politicians of Goa are said to have close affinity to this temple. Informed sources said that former chief minister and now Union defence minister Manohar Parrikar also had once visited the temple.
