Mangaluru: Kudroli-Kalikamba Road being Concreted, Traffic Diversion Announced

Mangaluru: The road between Kalikamba junction and Kudroli bridge in the city is being concreted. The work has begun on Dec 14 and the deadline for completion is Feb 25, 2016.

Invoking the powers invested in him, city police commissioner S Murugan has passed orders imposing restrictions and diversions as follows:

1. Movement of all heavy vehicles and buses on the road between Kalikamba junction and Kudroli Shri Gokarnanatheshwara temple is prohibited.

2. All heavy vehicles and buses shall take the Lower Car Street, Bokkapatna, Kudroli route towards Gokarnanatheshwara temple.

3, Two-wheelers and light motor vehicles arriving from Car Street shall move only up to the Alake bridge.

This order remains in force until further orders or full completion of work.
