Mangaluru: MSMEDI to Hold Two-day National Vendor Development Programme cum Exhibition

Mangaluru: MSME Development Institute Govt Of India held a press meet at the Press Club Urwa here on January 20.

Mangaluru: Addressing the mediapersons K Socrates Deputy Director MSME DI said “Branch MSME Development Institute, Ministry of MSME Government of India, Mangalore is organising a two-day National Vendor Development Programme cum Exhibition on 22 and 23 January at the Karnataka Government Polytechnic Mangalore in association with District Industries Centre, Government Of Karnataka, DK District, Mangalore and District Small Industries Association, Yeyyadi, Mangalore aiming to develop linkage between large and small enterprises.”

He further said “The programme is conducted to provide an opportunity to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises to showcase their capabilities to the various wings of the Government, establishments of Railways, Defence, Public Sector Undertakings and other large scale private enterprises who outsource from micro and small enterprises. To promote the educated youth to different sectors of Indian enterprises by which enticing them to take up entrepreneurship as their career.”

“The inaugural ceremony will be held at January 22 at 10 AM and the Chancellor Nitte University N V Hegde will inaugurate the programme. S N Ranganprasad President Kassia Bangalore will preside over the function. Entry to general public is free on 22 and 23 January 2016 from 10 to 6:00 PM” he added.
