Mangaluru: Oscar Fernandes Inaugurates Rohan Corporation’s 19th Project ‘Ventura’

Mangaluru: Rohan Corporation inaugurated its 19th ambitious project, Ventura, residential cum commercial apartments at Bejai here on November 26.

Fr Santhosh Kamath led the prayer service and the building was blessed by Fr Wilson. Oscar Fernandes speaking on the occasion appreciated Rohan’s efforts to make Mangaluru an attractive place. He also said that such constructions have made Mangaluru a new destination for investors and will further make Mangaluru self sufficient.

D B Mehta, President of Credai Mangaluru, said that the building was constructed with taking into consideration the detailed interest of the customers in mind.

Ventura is a 1, 2 and 3 BHK residential cum commercial Complex. The project offers homes for 56 privileged families. The word ‘Ventura’ means good fortune in the Spanish language. It is the core theme of the project. The building is designed to make the life of residents happy. The apartment is replete with luxuries that are the best in the class. Since it is situated in Bejai, which is considered to be the most happening place of Mangaluru, it has all urban luxuries just a stroll away.
