When the Spring Dale project will be completed at Urwa Stores, Mangaluru won’t just be raising the bar for its benchmark construction, robust indigenous engineering and rich architectural opulence. The 2BHK apartments are built in stunning dimensions of 1125 sqft, 1180sqft. 1185sqft, 1095 sqft and 1225 sqft. The 3 BHK comes in sprawling standalone 1565 sqft.
