Mangaluru: Theft of 4- sovereign Gold Ornaments from Car Parked at Ullal Beach

Mangaluru: Abdul Ajmal of Jeppu had gone to Ullal beach with his family on Wednesday evening.

He had parked his Maruti Omni car at the designated spot and they all went to spend their time on the beach. His wife left her vanity bag containing a 2.50 sovereign gold chain with a pendant, two bracelets, a bangle and two rings in the car.

The car was secured with glass windows and locked doors. When they returned, the window-glasses were found broken open and the vanity bag was missing. The value of gold stolen is said to be
