Mangaluru: Varsity’s Convocation on June 17 with Prof Goverdhan Mehta as Chief Guest

Mangaluru: The annual convocation ceremony of Mangaluru University will be held at 11 am on Wednesday, June 17.

The chief guest on the occasion will be Dr Goverdhan Mehta, former director of the Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru. The function will be presided over by state governor and ex-officio chancellor Vajubhai Vala.

State higher education minister and ex-officio pro-chancellor R V Deshpande will also be present, a communique from the university has said.
