Manish Tewari re-appointed Congress spokesperson

New Delhi, Jan 28 (IANS) Congress on Thursday re-appointed Manish Tewari as a spokesperson of the party.

Tewari was minister of state (independent charge) of information and broadcasting during the second United Progressive Alliance government.

He was earlier appointed a party spokesperson in 2008. Before his new appointment, Tewari was a media panelist of the party.
