Minor gangraped in Bengal

Kolkata, Oct 22 (IANS) A 15-year-old girl was allegedly gang-raped by four men in West Bengal’s Malda district, police said on Thursday.

The incident happened near Harishchandrapur railway station on late Tuesday night when the minor who was roaming in the station area.

“A complaint of rape has been lodged against four people. Medical examination of the victim has been conducted,” said a police officer, adding no arrests have been made so far.

“The condition of the victim is now stable,” said the officer.
