MITK celebrates Ninth Graduation Ceremony, awards Degrees for Students

Kundapur: The Ninth graduation ceremony of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology Moodlakatte, Kundapur was held on September 24 at the Institute seminar Hall.
The graduates and guests were taken to the venue in a procession. The graduation ceremony began with an invocation by Anupama and Group, while Prof Sathish Amsadi HOD welcomed the gathering.
Dr H Shantharam Administrative officer, Academy of General Education Manipal inaugurated the ceremony of lighting the lamp and conferred degrees upon the young and beaming graduates of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology Kundapur.
Dr H Shantharam Administrative officer, the academy of General Education Manipal, declared the ceremony open followed by the oath-taking ceremony led by Dr Mohandas Bhat Principal of Moodlakatte Institute of Technology Kundapur.
In his message Dr H Shantharam lauded the development of MITK and said that Gradation is not the end of your educational journey. It is just one part of your journey, Education is a continuous process, it has no end. Students should not concentrate only on career opportunities offered by the course but develop compassionate thoughts. Ample job offers are available for the students who take up the course.
Students should inculcate thoughts enabling the broader spectrum of societal services. Human values should be given equal significance. There is a need to create a good society for students. Students should inculcate discipline in life. Students should be creative and must develop positive thinking and respect human values and virtues.
Be whatever you want to be. But be a human being first. If you are free from greed in your life, you are a successful person indeed, he added.
Presiding over the function Principal Dr. Mohan Das Bhat S. called upon the students to maintain positive attitude at their tough times.
Students from different departments talked about the life at Moodlakatte Institute of Technology.
Meritorious students were awarded gold and silver medals. Dr Rama Mohan, Director Karnataka Bank, Dr Mohandas Bhat Principal, all the head of the departments were present on the dais.
Prof. Seema Saxena HOD of MBA Department proposed the vote of thanks.Ms. Poojashree B.P. & Mr. Manjunath compered the program.
