New Delhi, April 19 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday condemned a terror attack in the Afghanistan capital that left at least 28 people dead and hundreds injured.

“I condemn the attack in Kabul,” Modi tweeted. “I extend my condolences to bereaved families. Prayers with the injured for a speedy recovery.”
