Modi greets Arunachal Pradesh on statehood day

New Delhi, Feb 20 (IANS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday greeted the people of Arunachal Pradesh on their statehood day.

“On Arunachal Pradesh’s Statehood Day, my greetings to people of the state. I pray for the state’s overall development in the coming years,” Modi said in a tweet.

The state on Friday got a combined Congress-Bharatiya Janata Party government after 24 days of the president’s rule.
